Refund Policy

This policy applies to all home textiles purchased through Wanliad, including rugs, sofa covers, cushions, throw pillows, and blankets.

1. Return Period:

Within 30 days of receiving the goods.

2. Return Conditions:

Goods must be in perfect condition.

Items must be brand new, unused, and untreated (not washed, cut, ironed, or otherwise altered to avoid affecting their resale).

Customers must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).

3. Return Shipping Costs

If the return or exchange is due to Wanliad's fault, such as incorrect shipment or product defect, the customer is not liable and will not incur any costs.

If the return or exchange is due to personal reasons (such as incorrect size or dislike of color), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Items beyond the return period.

Items damaged (e.g., snags, holes, etc.).

Items showing signs of use (e.g., obvious creases). 5. Return Process

Please use the Contact Us page or contact our customer service team directly via email (service@wanliad.com) to request a return.

Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days to confirm whether the return meets the requirements.

If approved, we will provide: a return address and return instructions.

Please return your item according to the return instructions provided by our team.

6. Refund Processing Time

After receiving and confirming your return, we will process your refund within three business days. We will send you a refund confirmation email upon completion.

The refund will be returned to the original payment account used at checkout. The refund arrival time depends on the bank's processing speed.

7. Product Defects:

If the product has defects (e.g., snags, holes, stains, etc.), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide photographic evidence. We will process your refund.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchange services. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and then place a new order.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
